The Deramann group is actively involved in real estate and owns a number of prime properties in Mauritius : The Deramann Tower in the capital's financial high street, and Astor Court & Blendax House in Port-Louis' central business district.
The objectives of the DERAMANN Group are to consolidate market shares for products presently manufactured and sold, to develop export markets for these products and to increase their asset value.
